Liz moved back home to St. Louis in ‘99 after spending five years as an Account Executive for an advertising agency in New York.  She brings a unique brand-building background to Pinnacle, as well as a customer service orientation essential to our company.  Before moving back to Missouri, Liz allowed her passion for travel to reign, back-packing through wine-producing countries including Australia and New Zealand.  Along with time spent in France, Italy and California, these experiences have provided her with a global perspective that caters to our company’s interest in big-picture thinking and wine education.  Now with 20 years of experience in the industry, Liz advises our office staff on compliance, accounting, HR and general business practices..

 

 

Favorite wine to sell -  “I love turning people on to the Terre Nere Etna Rosso.  The wine community is into Sicily and wines from the area surrounding Mount Etna are so amazing! This bottling is a perfect red wine to drink, even on warm days.  When a dish wants a red pairing, but the heat is on, put a slight chill on this bottle and the bright fruit will inspire and elevate.”

 

Favorite wine to drink - “I have always had a huge amount of respect for Adam Tolmac and Fabien Casteel of Ojai – they are two of the most passionate professionals that I have had the pleasure of meeting in the wine industry.  I am especially fond of the Pinots they produce.  I have recently alternating between the 2016 Ojai Pinot Noir ‘Kessler Haak’ and ‘Puerta del Mar’.  Both are stunning and unique.  Can’t pick a favorite so I have to recommend both!”
