Travis grew up in the hospitality industry, instilling in him a deep appreciation for good service, quality ingredients, and the art of bringing people together at table. He acquired a degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management, which laid the foundation for a career in hospitality and beverage.

 

His professional journey began at the largest wholesale wine and spirits distributor in the country, where he spent seven years gaining experience across both on- and off-premise channels. He also managed an independent spirits team in St. Louis, overseeing sales and brand growth, while creating many strong relationships.

 

He transitioned to the supplier side with Código 1530 Tequila, helping launch the brand across several states in the mid-west. His role enabled him to travel extensively, hosting tastings, dinners, and educational events that deepened consumer appreciation for craft spirits and agave.

 

Over the past fifteen years, Travis has built a career that blends his love for food, wine, and spirits with his passion for connecting people through memorable experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys, playing golf, cooking, pairing food with the perfect wine, and crafting cocktails.
