
Sam Ghandehari
Sam was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, and attended Drury University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. His career in the wine and spirits industry spans more than two decades and is driven by a lifelong passion for hospitality and the art of wine. Sam began his professional journey in the restaurant industry at a young age, where he developed a strong appreciation for guest service and quality. His early experiences quickly evolved into a deep interest in wine and spirits, leading him to manage two wine programs for a local restaurant group. In this role, he curated comprehnesive wine lists, implemented staff training programs, and enhanced guest experiences through education and thoughtful selection. Building upon that foundation, Sam transitioned into the retail side of the industry, first as a wine specialist and later as a buyer for a retail franchise. These poitions allowed him to combine his business expertise with his understanding of wine, product development, and customer engagement. His career reflects a consistent commitment to quality, knowledge, and creating meaningful experiences through wine and hospitality. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors and in the kitchen. He has a passion for cooking and appreciates pairing meals with wines that elevate each dish's flavors. When he's not cooking, he can often be found fishing, floating the Ozark rivers, or spending time with family and friends.
